ZEVS - visual kidnapping
For a graffiti exhibition in Berlin at " Rebell Minds " the artist ZEVS cut out the image of the model from a giant Lavazza-poster at Alexanderplatz. and sprayed "visual kidnapping- pay now!" on to the remaining poster. Then he cut off a finger from the "hostage" and sent it to the group headquarters in Turin - including ransom of 500,000 euros.
When the german branch of Lavazza called the police, the kidnapper was already on his way to Sweden, where he exhibited the hostage in a museum.
