When it comes to education, the Latino communities in Arizona have remained deprived of their rights, due to which Stephanie Parra’s appointment as the Executor Director of ALL in Education can be considered a positive change. This is why Parra intends to increase the organization’s reach and appeal to more people by tapping into the Latino people’s influence. Since these people have the ability to reach out to other people as well as appeal to the sentiments of the community, they are capable of spearheading efforts to make sure that all necessary actions towards the achievement of ALL in Education’s objectives are effectively participated in. The objective of Parra is to partner with influential Latinas to create networks and develop collaborations in order to create a society that is accepting and empowering Latino families and to ensure they are taking their rightful place in society by seeking justice for their issues and concerns. Given the combined political power of these people, ALL In Education will be in a better position to support the achievement of an equal education and all-round opportunities for latino concerts in Phoenix students through positive changes in the Arizona education system.
