So I now have a full week in the books for my #5KWalkingDay plan to break some bad #habits & make better #choices. I am as pleased with the 6 hours of sleep per night as I am with the #5K steps every day. The calorie count is what it is. My goal is to get out of this chair at my desk and move more. I love the feature on my @garminfitness #Vivofit3 where I can set a fixed or static goal instead of it increasing every day as it did on my original #Vivofit when reached.
