Saw the Power Rangers movie the other day...and realized I hardly mentioned the fact that most of the characters I've shown are a part of a secret organization with armor and powers and stuff (read as: superheroes)! All Guardians have the same black armor. While sinister looking, the suit is designed more to keep the wearer anonymous and emphasis the team over the individual (ignoring obvious differences, if you're helped by a Guardian you can't identify which one helped you, just that one of them did). The armor is form-fit to the owner and can only be worn by the owner. I'm unsure if I'm keeping the glowing eyes. Vivvia can grow plant matter of her body. She doesn't turn into a tree so much as be a host for plant life that obeys her command. Most often, she'll just grow this matter out of parts of her body for whatever task, but if the situations calls for it she can "turn into" an ent (pictured below). The plant matter is hardier than nature plant life, but not as protective as her armor. Her antlers have extra armor as a disguise, as capraeth can be identified by their horns depending on how unique they are. Ante and Taru are the most similar appearing on the team when in armor. Taru is taller than Ante, but unless they're standing next to one another, it's hard to tell! At least until they open their mouths to speak... As far as their tails go, I'm not sure how I'm doing the armor on that. It's weird to leave it uncovered (considering a well placed shot in the behind could bypass the armor), but not happy with any sketches I've done so far of it armored. Ante's power is insanely good eyesight...which is a lot less impressive than others he doesn't care. Since powers are partially chosen by the Guardian and he's a pretty straight forward guy, he developed it based on his existing skillsets. Min-maxing if you will. The result is terrifying if you're his target. While he can't see through walls, he might as well be able to, he can see farther, see clearly in horrible weather, track multiple targets at once, and have near perfect accuracy with his attacks...but he still can't see why kids love the taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Taru's power is dubbed 'void ammo'. Essentially, any weapon she holds has a bottomless clip...the only thing stopping her is her carrying capacity. Paired with Saewin though (who can summon items/weapons from a personal pocket-dimension), she's even more terrifying than Ante. I'm contemplating extending it farther to other uses, but I'm afraid of making her too OP, haha! Give her a machine gun and she can tear everything to shreds (if that's the objective). Right now it only applies to ammunition based weapons, but I might apply it to fuel based (ie flamethrower, chainsaw (wut)), non-weapons (jetpack? jetpack),  etc.

Updated a few OCs. Namely the ones here, but a few others as well (mostly backstory stuff). Adjusted atlen (Kat's species) proportions. Tried to make them seem like a species who would have lived in trees in ancient times. Kat likes to wear human clothes. She doesn't care that they aren't really designed for her small shoulders :U Removed the human-like hair from capraeth (Vivvia and Tennio's species). Vivvia now wears wigs, though I should note it's a bit more like wearing a hat for her than anything else. A very stylish hat. That looks like human hair. Tennio and Vivvia's backstories are less black/white/overtly-stereotypical-"religious". This was originally because my OCs were split into two factions, the side Vivvia and Tennio's village hated was the side Vivvia was secretly on, while Tennio fully believed in the side their village supported (haha the irony and all that jazz). So capraeth culture no longer sees albinos as "saintly" and melanistic capraeth as inherently evil. Tennio now has a better life (albeit, still doesn't have a lot of friends </3). THAT BEING SAID pomeii culture (Saewin and Zyre's species) now see monochromatic (greyscale) pomeii in a bad light (eg Saewin). So Saewin has Tennio's backstory now. Yeah for him! (I'm a horrible person) Maezui's eye changes are based on his current state. If he's sentient and cognizant of his actions that's his "normal" state, this is how he is most of the time. If he's lost his sentience and acting like a cat (or whatever species he's currently shifted into) his eyes are in their "wild/feral" state. This doesn't happen a lot anymore, but occasionally he slips when he spots a laser pointer or something. After a few seconds he'll snap out of it. "???" is a secret =P It's based on a recent change in his backstory which I'm really excited about so I'm saving it for when I finally make a damn comic for these guys.

Traffic Jam

Suggestion by ReaderWriterNerd&Geek: Taru + 4 others stuck in traffic. What I like most about this suggestion is the world building questions it brought up. There's talk that a complete autonomous roadway would not require intersections, then throw flight into the mix and you really don't need it. So where would traffic jams happen? Well a shielded city (keeping out those large dragons/other dangerous beasts) who's set up checkpoint to enter the city (and underestimated the amount of traffic) and you have a recipe for a traffic jam! (tried a different style too)

Halloween 2016 1/2

Sorry this is late, internet died. </3 Part 2 should be posted the 28th if all goes well.

Also forgot to mention it last OC Scenario, but the Capraeth species got an update and by update I mean unification. You'll notice Tennio (little black goat guy) now has no mop of hair. Yeah, goat people with human hair are now just goat people. Tennio also got a backstory overhaul so I might go back and update his entry at some point or post a new ref.

Vivvia

Hey, remember Tennio? Who had an older sister who was seen as a saint within her community? This is her! She doesn't really like her village so she left for the city. Despite her demeanor, she's a virgin and plans to stay that way until she finds the lady of her dreams. <3 Other fun facts: she dyes her hair and slammed her tail in a door as a kid, hence the shortness (ouch!).
