          This is definitely the start of a bad habit, but skipping school and vegging around is one of the positive experiences he’s had this year. Though this was prompted... he should see exactly what he should do about this. After fishing his phone out of the “daily” pile (which he didn’t bother cleaning as he wasn’t leaving that morning as usual) he finds Kazuki’s contact and— 

          Is he going to class today? Maybe he shouldn’t call. Even if it turns out he’s skipping too, nobody likes a call in the morning. He can shoot a quick message and they can move on from... wherever it is they are now. 

I’m not in class. Easy like I said. What now?

It was a really hot day out. Haruko didnt want to do much of anything except sit at the park with her ice cream. It seemed someone else had the same idea, as they shared the same shade under a tree. It was kinda neat, but Haruko was a social creature. If you were gonna sit near her, you were gonna have to talk to her.

“So, do people really smash open watermelon with bats at the beach or is that like... just cliche anime things?”

In all of her days since she’s known Kazuki, Kiyoko never would have thought she’d be able to convince him to go out clothes shopping with her. Typical men would be more suited to simply staying at home, thinking that being drug around from store to store until the girl finally picked out something she liked to be too much work. (Talk about a keeper)

The fluorescent lights of the clothing store were beaming down on Kiyoko as she stepped out of the dressing room, making her appear like a model given attention through a spotlight. She was did a simple turn around, brows furrowing and cheeks puffing out with slight frustration as she judged how the outfit looked on her from a first-person perspective.

“So... how does it look? ‘Ya think fuzzy sweaters like this suit me?”

After she said this, she looked back up at her friend, striking a mediocre pose and showing off the beige long-sleeved sweater she had put on in the dressing room.
