i'm happy that everyone in inukag fandom has taken moroha as their own and creates content of the fam being happy... it's all we could want

Yeah I mean we were vibing for 10+ years making our own post-canon content and Sunrise showed up uninvited in 2020 to tell us that in their spinoff Inuyasha and Kagome's lives were ruined only 4 years after they were reunited? And their daughter was sold like a slave and no one cares about her? Do they really think we'll consider this canon lol? I love angst but this... isn't good angst. It's not even fun to write about because the situation just feels so unbelievable and forced.

So just like you I'm glad that the inukag fandom has largely ignored the messy plot of Yashahime and instead a lot of people make content where Moroha is raised by her parents, as she should! Our artists, writers and editors are so talented and the inukagmor content I've seen since Moroha was announced has been absolutely incredible 😭

Like I said in my other post, I'll thank Sunrise for getting Rumiko to draw Moroha (especially since she validated all my headcanons about inukag's kids having black hair, gold eyes and no doggy ears, which was definitely an unpopular opinion pre-yashahime) but our fandom can take it from here, lol.
