after three years my brain still cannot fathom the level of gaybait that was in voltron legendary defender it was TRULY unprecedented... like before season 7 dropped they announced that shiro, a main character and the leader of the group, was gay, and that we would get to meet his partner adam in the season as well. everyone was extremely excited for this of course, until the season dropped and adam was only shown in one scene which was completely ambiguous about shiro and adam's relationship, and then was later shown dying on screen. the fanbase was enraged by this obviously, and so the geniuses at dreamworks came up with the brilliant idea to fix this by making shiro marry a man we've NEVER SEEN BEFORE in the credits of the final episode of the show. literally how is any of this real its so fucking funny

If I had to describe my relationship with Wintry... well. They say not to speak ill of the dead, but you shall not lie is, after all, one of the commandments, so I must prioritize it. Our relationship was rocky, to say the least. It might have started on serene terms, but as I said, that didn't last; before I could notice, I had already started to harbor a deep resentment towards Wintry. Why? God knows. Might have been because she kinned Deku. We didn't always get along, nor did we ever really talk to each other, because frankly, she was overall unlikable and infuriating. It's safe to say that no sane person on this planet would miss Wintry if gone. However, Wintry was many things. She was my mentor, and my mortal (clearly) nemesis. The disappearance of Wintry's blog would mean the disappearance of an astounding amount of proof of her bullying minors, of many vital receipts of ableism, of voltron in the top tags, of so much minor identifying adult history, and of course, of memories. Specifically the tumblr memories bot moment that said #wintry speaks and other things that ruined my life.
