You may not be the best person to ask this, but as someone that used to frequent RS back in high school around 08-12, is it even worth getting back into? I have a huge nostalgia soft spot for the game, but have considered other MMO's as alternatives. Any advice is much appreciated, cheers!

Imo the only reason to play is nostalgia, but it depends on the person. My main reasons for loving the game were having friends there, and being young at the time. I believe oldschool runescape is still free so no harm in checking it out.
