Finding activities that don't hurt my knee have been hard for me lately. Today I jumped on a fat bike at sunset and felt more at peace than I have in a long time. I had no pain while climbing up hills, which is huge for me right now. When every other activity has been filled with pain and frustration today was a small win on the #roadtorecovery for me! Got back to my happy place yesterday... got out on a trail ride for the first time since surgery. Felt so good to be back at it. If you asked me a month ago if I could pedal for 12 miles I would have told you hell no.
