19. What do they think about before falling asleep at night?
On a good day, Joanne would likely think about any assignments or tests/quizzes he has coming up in the near future, as well as any fag duties he knows about in advance (such as a button that came loose on his prefect’s uniform near the end of that day, or maybe papers he hasn’t had time to organize yet). If he’s not had a good day for whatever reason and he feels particularly stressed or down in the dumps...he dreads the nightmares, because he knows that’s what he’ll see when he closes his eyes.
22. Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen?
He would write, 100% guaranteed. Depending on his mood, it could either be poetry, fleeting ideas for a short story, or perhaps a letter to his sisters. No matter what he chooses to write, he would become absorbed in it until he finished if left undisturbed. Boredom and the passage of time would be the furthest things from his mind.
28. Who do they see as their best friend? Their worst enemy?
That’s...a tough question, actually. I don’t think Joanne has any one friend that he considers his best friend. He’s much more of an introvert than an extrovert, and he isn’t the most social person unless he feels comfortable in a given social situation. For him, feeling comfortable in a social situation basically means he feels he’s among friends. He does consider some people his friends too—the Phantom Five, plus Ciel and @mckeitbeautiful‘s Alois (and @domina-gladiis‘s Lizzy and @reapsickle‘s Othello, if I consider his reaper verse for this).
I would include Sebastian in the list as well, at least from Joanne’s POV, but he’d rather have Sebastian as more than a friend, so...ahem, moving on. But it would be hard for Joanne, as his human self, to pick one person he sees as his absolute best friend. This is because he’s slowly learning to open up more, bit by bit, and he hasn’t really let anyone in close enough yet for them to be someone he would call his very best friend.
As for his worst enemy, well... He wouldn’t like thinking of anyone as an enemy, per se, but if he had to choose one, it would be Maurice Cole—the one who, when Joanne was first introduced in the manga, had already convinced all the other students at Weston that Joanne was an awful, underhanded liar.
38. Would they consider themselves a Type A or Type B personality?
Type A, hands down. It fits Joanne too well.
45. Superstitions or views on the occult?
Pffffffft, I know why you included this one.
That said, Joanne isn’t a fan of scary stories or horror, so he stays away from anything related to the occult—or so he thinks, since the poor boy literally has a crush on a demon and is friends with said demon’s contractee. He doesn’t really believe in any superstitions either, other than maybe the basic “seven years of bad luck” for breaking a mirror because it’s the only one he’s heard before, and that would be only because of his sisters.
