Claves del trabajo en equipo / Tips to teamwork

En la actualidad, trabajar en equipo se ha convertido en una necesidad básica y primordial para todos los profesionales y trabajadores; a todos los niveles sociales, económicos y culturales; ya que es la clave del éxito para lograr cualquier objetivo que nos tracemos.

A continuación se indican una serie de claves para alcanzar nuestros objetivos y mejorar nuestro trabajo en equipo:

1)     Saber reconocer cuando la idea de otro es mejor que la suya. El objetivo es alcanzar el bien del equipo, no el propio.

2)     Comunicación. Hay que saber escuchar y prestar atención a las ideas de los demás mediante el contacto visual.

3)     Construir confianza. Es necesario crear un ambiente óptimo, donde todos los participantes conozcan sus roles y sepan cómo ayudarse.

4)     Organizar las tareas y ser solidario. Distribuya el tiempo de cada uno de los miembros y colabore siempre que sea necesario.

5)     Solucionar conflictos. No hay que culpar a nadie ya que provocaría la desintegración del equipo.

6)     Planificación. Establezca etapas y metas bien definidas, y compruebe regularmente si las metas del equipo están siendo alcanzadas.

7)     Celebrar los éxitos grupales. Cuando algo sale bien, hay que destacar el resultado grupal.

Resumiendo, el trabajo en equipo suma las competencias de sus miembros y multiplica los resultados del equipo. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nowadays, teamwork has turned into a basic need for any worker, in all social, economic and cultural levels; since it is the key of the success to achieve any planned objective.

Below, come tips are provided that will help you reach your objectives and improve your teamwork:

1) Be able to recognize when the idea of other person is better than yours. The aim is to come up with the best solution for the team.

2) Communication. It is necessary to be able to listen and pay attention to the ideas of the others just how we want other to listen to our initiatives.

3) Construct confidence. It is necessary to create an ideal environment, where all the participants know his roles and know how to help one another.

 4) Organize the tasks and be supportive. Distribute the tasks among the members to minimize time. Collaborate whenever its necessary.

5) Solve conflicts. It is not necessary to blame anybody since it may provoke the disintegration of the team.

6) Planning. Establish stages and carefully define goals. Verify on a regular basis if the goals of the team are being achieved.

7) Celebrate the group successes. When something goes out well, it is necessary to emphasize that the result has been possible thanks to the teamwork.

In conclusion, working in groups sums up the capabilities of his members and multiplies the results of the team.

Cómo usar los efectos de voz de Cuaqea / How to use Cuaqea’s voice effects

En el post de hoy os hablamos de una de las características más llamativas de nuestra app: la posibilidad de editar tus clips de voz y añadirles diferentes efectos.

A continuación, os explicamos cómo hacer una publicación en Cuaqea (ya sea pública o dirigida a otro usuario) y cómo añadir un efecto de voz antes de compartirla en tu perfil de la app y de otras redes sociales como Facebook o Twitter.

Dependiendo de si tu móvil utiliza el sistema operativo Android o iOS, la interfaz de la aplicación será ligeramente diferente; es por esto que hemos decidido incluir screenshots de ambas.

  Móviles iOs (iPhone)

 1)Haz log-in en la app, o simplemente entra si ya hiciste log-in con anterioridad.  Para iniciar la grabación de tu Cuaq, pulsa el logo del micrófono que encontrarás en el menú inferior.

  2) A continuación, la App te desviará a la pantalla de grabación:

Presiona el icono central del micrófono para grabar, ¡recuerda que los Cuaqs tienen una limitación de 12 segundos! Cuando termines pulsa ‘stop’.

3) En la siguiente pantalla se desplegarán todos los efectos de voz disponibles. Puedes pulsar sobre el nombre de cada uno de los nueve efectos para escuchar como suena tu grabación.  También puedes publicar tu Cuaq como lo grabaste, sin ningún efecto, seleccionando ‘original’.

  4) La última pantalla te permite poner un título a tu publicación, mencionar a un amigo y compartirlo en tu perfil de Facebook o Twitter.

  Móviles Android

4) La última pantalla te permite poner un título a tu publicación, mencionar a un amigo y compartirlo en tu perfil de Facebook o Twitter.

We are focusing on one of the most curious features of our app in today’s post: the possibility to edit your voicenotes, adding voice effects to them.

Below, you will find the steps you should follow to create a ‘Cuaq’ (a voice post in Cuaqea), either public or private; and how to add a voice effect to it before publishing it in your profile of the app, or other social media such as Facebook or Twitter.

Depending on the operating system that your phone uses (wheather it is Android or iOS), the app’s interface will change slightly; this is why we have included screenshots of the process in both types of devices.  iOs phone (iPhone)

1) Log-in, or simply enter Cuaqea if you already logged-in in previous sessions. To start recording your Cuaq, press the mocrophone logo that you’ll find in the bottom-page menu.

2)The app will guide you to the recording screen.
