Hello yes I would love to learn more about the first bench trio/dsmp au on your list(the street one). I might need a small explanation on the source though. Don't have any thing specific in mind, you just seem really eager to talk about them!

ASDTFIBNTKH YES I AM VERY EAGER :D ok basic explanation of gortimer gibbon's life on normal street:

It's an amazon prime kids show about Gortimer and his friends Mel and Ranger. They live on Normal Street (which is actually more like a town ? but on a street . it's like a very long street thats more like a small town) a street that is definitely not normal. There are a lot of supernatural elements (like bodyswaps, fortune tellers that actually tell the future, and artifacts that control the balance of luck on normal street) but those aspects are very common so it's not really treated as supernatural, just something that happens everyday.

For the Au Tommy is Gortimer the protagonist, Tubbo is Ranger (the quirky kid), and Ranboo is Mel (the really smart one). A side character I really like is Eret as Miss Hudspeth so I'm gonna talk about them^^

Miss Hudspeth is a blind lady that used to be a fashion designer/model, she wasn't very successful so she made a wish at the well that she would become famous. She didn't have a coin to toss down so she used a ring. Her wish came true and it was going well until a mysterious guy showed up and I think it's implied he wanted to date her (also implied that the guy was a shapeshifting frog that grants wishes and lives in the well) (it makes more sense when someone else is explaining it-). But she declined and after an accident she became blind and couldn't design anymore. Anyways in the Au Eret wasn't very liked because they designed dresses and modeled them himself. For the wish they threw down a tiara crown thingy. He's still blind though.

I don't know what I want the timelline to be yet but the basic events are:

Wilbur gets infected, Tommy get's infected, Fundy get's infected, Tubbo gets infected, Jack get's infected, Nikki get's infected, Eret's betrayal, everyone infected so far loses a life except for Fundy, Jack and Nikki get uninfected, Wilbur loses a life, Puffy and Foolish are whitelisted, random events and then somewhere after the Red Banquet happens.

Anyways random stuff time:

This is a happy ending au

When the happy ending kicks in Tubbo and Tommy have a hard time adjusting back to normal life, sometimes Tubbo will just stand and wait for orders before remembering he's not with the egg anymore

Foolish and Dream are adopted brothers

Tubbo starts doing his different personas as a joke once everything is normal again and even though everyone says it's annoying they like it :]

Quackity can get very very menacing in battle (which is relevant later)

Dream feels guilty and feels like he's the one that caused everything

I'm not sure how I'll introduce Ranboo but he'll probably be relevant somehow

Speaking of habits infected people have to get over: For Tubbo it's just being quiet in general

Tommy get's really into fighting sometimes and has to stop himself from hurting someone

Wilbur also suffers from guilt and does geography trivia to help cope

Fundy can be too obedient

For the l'crimson au: Tommy is more cruel and nasty, the egg's possession makes him more violent too. If Wilbur is the mouthpiece, he's the weapon.

Ideas for l'crimson Jack and Niki:

It offers Jack companionship. He'll have friends, who cares if they're all here because they're brainwashed. He ends up very much like canon Punz (chill with the egg and fights for it but not high in the pecking order)

It offers Niki safety. She'll have an at my behind her and a roof over her head. She's very vocally for the egg and acts similarly to Wilbur, using her bakery like a front for the cult.
