so I started playing stardew valley, and now it's the only thing I want to do with my life

I had to trick myself by drawing stardew things, namely krobus my beloved

if it were to be canon i bet shed and noli would get together just for the fun of it (to annoy 1x mostly)

Was trying to practice simplifying my style for quick pieces like this where I wanna see an idea fleshed out and somehow made it take a while anyway.

Anyway, I was trying to think of what the Stardew spouses would wear doing the farm chores they help with, and started with Sebastian since he’s who I married on my current playthrough. Outfit is adapted from what he already wears with some tweaks, though I might later go back and do another outfit for him that’s completely new. Couldn’t find much for the Solarium Chronicles so he got a DnD hat instead, and upgraded his white shirt to a frog shirt. 🐸

I’m also trying to picture where each spouse would wear their mermaid pendant. I imagine some go the earrings route, some on long chains under their clothes—Haley I can see adding it to her grandmother’s bracelet.

Taking suggestions for who to draw next doing farm chores.
