Does anyone who follows me know any workarounds for using xbox controllers on a mac I'm usually really good at fiddling with things until they work but I really have no clue at all what's going on here 🥺👉👈

#if it motivates anyone this is the make or break point for making a hollow knight playthrough for my gaming channel #gonna put all the details here so this post doesnt get really long #i have a wired xbox one controller and a wireless xbox one AND a wireless xbox 360 controller and NONE of them are working #i tried downloading drivers for them but apparently the big sur update breaks all of them and i cant un-update my os without fucking up #everything ive put on my computer since then #the wireless ones are SUPPOSED to work with bluetooth and everything everywhere is saying these controllers #will work with my computer and then i try to pair them and they dont show up????#im very confused if any tech geniuses wanna teach me how to play video games good ill make u a fun doodle of something #i genuinely have no clue whats going on nothing anywhere has any instructions for this #the weird thing is i tried using bluetooth to connect them to my windows laptop and that didnt work either #but every single controller DID work almost instantly when i manually plugged it in #which they dont do on my mac #figuring out the wired controller instead of the wireless ones is ideal cause i bought the wired one myself 2 days ago #and the wireless ones are on borrowed time here #randy rambles #pls im desperate you know i am cause im on tumblr talking to the vois #void*
