He woke up lying on the ground. His joints creaked; adjusting to this strange sense of gravity. It was as if he were lying on a tile floor with a film, an inkling of liquid that stretched out to the horizon. But there was no horizon to see. Nothing more than an inky shroud about him. Miles grew even more suspicious, being able to see his hands in front of him. This caused him to sit up, acting as if he wasn’t perplexed by the fact that he didn’t know where he was. He just knew he wasn’t where he needed to be. He was calm, trying to find a light source that caused him to stand out in the darkness. * huh... i’m not... As much as he tried, he just kept circling around his own thoughts. Up until he lifted his head, seeing a skeleton across the way. They were only 15 meters apart from each other, but he didn’t see this doppelganger when he first woke up in the void. He got to his feet, simply staring at the other with a bountiful amount of curiosity. He caught a glimpse of the other’s right eye and almost shamefully covered his already veiled socket with his right hand. He gasped in. *... crazy... @crystalined-hourglass
