Finally showed my son Seonho, at least just his chibi version. It took me awhile to recover from "a certain incident" and finally found the courage to post something on tumblr again, but let's not bring that up anymore. Stepping out from the fandom made me realize that I didn't feel the spark for this game anymore. Because to me, there are only this dragging and endless event stories with no update for the main one.
I played this game when its first released, but went on hiatus when I can't progress through chapter 2. The one time I came back last year was simply because I got bored. After getting some returnee reward and getting a few good cards did I finally manage to go through the stories. I power through it because I just love the game's lore and world building, for borny game that's something. The event does have some lore too, true, but I don't really like how stuff just didn't align with the main storyline anymore. Hey, I can't blame it entirely on the event story since Andrealphus first appeared there. But do they have to sacrifice the main story by barely updating it? Justice for Foras. Other than that, the AI stuff. Using em on every recent teaser is insane, makes me want to scratch my eyeballs out gawd pb.
So, am I still loving Andrealphus? with all my heart, absolutely.
Will I ever touch the game again? Nah, for now. At least until the game anniv or Andre got a voice line in the main story *cries*. I'm still going to make some merch for WHB since that's what I'm best at than drawing fanart. Also planning on making a doujin but idk if I have the skills yet.

Trivia: The ship's name, "Under The Sun", is roughly read as Andre(alphus) = Under; Seon(ho) = Sun. It also summarize their relationship, how Andrealphus thought Seonho was like a sun, bright and warm but unreachable. Spoilers tho, Seonho is actually just this ball of emotions and had mental breakdance from time to time, he's just good at hiding it.
