hey commissioned this goober as a me a while back and wanted an opinion rn i think i wanna remove some of the web stuff but i just want your opinion really

I mean, it's a nice OC but I don't really think I have any opinion on it. The function of an OC is to make you happy. If it does that for you, then it's a good design; if it doesn't, mess with it until it does. Put all the cool stuff you like on it, indulge your likes and interests.
