It’s not as if she’s never seen a fish before. It’s as if she’s never been underwater before, either. But she’s never seen fish like this before--all colorful and darting back and forth in front her face, unaware or perhaps simply unafraid of her face pressed up to the...the...she thinks maybe it’s glass?
Moonh doesn’t know where she is or how she got here, weaponless and seemingly without Hydaelyn’s blessings. She thinks that maybe she should feel uneasy, but the fish have provided a sufficient distraction. She tracks them with her eyes, barely able to resist the temptation to reach out and touch them. (She’s tried, which is how she learned there was a barrier in the first place.)
She tears her attention away from the colorful fish and glances doubtfully at the “holophone” she’d dropped unceremoniously on the couch. She’d found it--or maybe it was given to her? She doesn’t remember. It looks like some kind of machine, but not one that she’s ever seen before.
She appears to be in some sort of underwater living space--which begs the question: who lives here?
No longer distracted by the fish, Moonh notices that she isn’t alone in the strange room. Her tail sticks straight out, hair standing on end. If she’s attacked now, she’s in big trouble. Summoning her courage, Moonh turns away from the glass wall and calls out in a small voice, “Hello...?”
