Actually I think volcanicshipping could be kinda silly because in that situation what would Kai do? Like, if Cole and Geo are the ones taking care of the kids, then what is Kai's job? Absent parent? Either the finders have three dads or Cole is the uncle /j (uncle because to me Kai and Cole are like brothers from other mothers or smth but in that situation it would be like your brother stealing your boyfriend HELP)
