Made a voltron Bayard 3d model... I'm going to have to print a lot of these as most of my friends are voltron fans and would want one... but what weapon versions would you peeps like to see? Lance's  red lion rifle and sword,  Keith's old Bayard sword,  pidge's  grappling hook  dagger.  Or  hunk's massive cannon.

Shiro’s Bayard Form?

  One thing I really want is for someone in the fandom to try and answer a question I have about Shiro. What kind of weapon would his bayard be? Based on the other Paladins weapons, they reflect their personalities and their overall character (Paladins Weapons Meta/ Analysis), but I’m coming short up on what Shiro’s weapon could personify. I’m so used to him using his arm to fight with, it’s kind of hard for me to think of him using anything else. ‘Cause when we do get Shiro back in S3 (at the earliest, because Lotor’s gonna be a problem), I really want them to show us what kind of weapon his bayard will become since it’s no longer Zarkon’s.

[Personally, it would be pretty hilarious if his bayard was like Captain America’s shield, but instead there was a Voltron insignia on it instead of the star, with the Black Paladins color palette.]

  We’ve seen the multiple forms of Zarkon’s bayard and I’ve been wondering if the Galra Emperor’s bayard weapons were actually the weapons the previous Paladins used. The Black Paladin is the most powerful of the group and is the distinguished leader, so as the leader would Shiro use a variety of weapons that mirror his teammates, or because of his inexperience (as a Paladin) will it manifest into one characteristic weapon? However, I get the feeling that he may not even want the bayard because it used to be Zarkon’s and after using it in Blackout he doesn’t want to fight with it unless the circumstances were dire, which prompts him to continue using his arm to fight. He may even try to have Allura or Keith keep the bayard because of how it possibly traumatized him, but that is an interesting discussion for another time.

  So the main question: what kind of weapon do you guys think Shiro’s bayard could become should he reclaim it when he returns in season 3? Discuss.

Lance Bayard

I’m making Lances bayard and man is it impossible to find good reference or anyone else who's made one! Since I had a hell of a time, I decided to make a tutorial and upload my patterns and Rough vectored draft. It is vectored to be about 25″ long and 11″ tall. I am 5′ 4″ and it works for me so keep this in mind!

Hey, so I had some free time today and decided to make designs of the bayards from Voltron! And what’s awesome about these is that you can buy them as stickers from Redbubble right now! :D Here’s the link to my shop if you wanna buy them. I’m also planning on doing the actual bayard weapons at one point so keep on the look out for those.
