How to Fix cooling system of Android TV box Vontar X3, X4 📺⚙️🪄 @DenisKorza #guide #upgrade #tvbox In this video I demonstrate the process of fixing the factory cooling problem Android TV box Amlogic processor-based, by cutting off the aluminum heatsink with a thread and then qualitative installation of it on the thermal paste. 📍 To successfully complete the process you will need: Thread, thermal paste or thermal glue, patience and some enthusiasm. 📌 Step by step instructions: 1️⃣ Open the case of the device (When you open it with a spatula from the back, the clips on the cover are broken, but there are no marks from the spatula on the front part. The choice is yours) 2️⃣ Remove the device board from the case by unscrewing 2 screws. 3️⃣ Stretch and secure the thread between two parallel objects (for example, the legs of an overturned chair) 4️⃣ Insert the thread into the crevice between the planes of the processor and the cooling radiator 5️⃣ Using longitudinal and translational movements, operate the device board along the stretched thread. Replace thread if necessary. 6️⃣ Periodically check the stability of the heatsink on the remaining amount of thermal adhesive, and if there is noticeable destabilization, detach the aluminum heatsink by twisting it parallel to the plane of the processor 7️⃣ Remove any remaining hot melt adhesive with a plastic spatula or card. 8️⃣ Grind in the surface of the aluminum radiator. Remove sharp edges. 9️⃣ Apply the thinnest and most uniform layer of thermal glue or thermal paste to the processor plane and install the cooling radiator with appropriate pressure. ✅ Success! Install the board into the device body and close the cover. If you used thermal paste rather than thermal adhesive to install the processor, be careful not to shake or turn the device over to avoid dislodging or detaching the heatsink.
