I think I've made the decision to take Boe to see an orthopedic surgeon about his leg. His vet recommended it at the beginning of the month but I wanted to give him a bit more time with the whole bed rest idea because of tight money issues but with his size and energy level I think its doing more harm than good at this point and its already been 4 months and it hasn't gotten better. I talked to his trainer tonight who has experience with dog leg injuries and she highly recommended Veterinary Orthopedic and Sports Medicine in Maryland so I think I might go there and try and scrounge up the money if surgery has to happen. I just need my furbaby to get better.
