Daydreaming about guitar amps.
The scene last Sunday at the Low-Wattage Cottage. Got to crank those P-90s loud. Love lowering the neck volume to 7-8 for nice mellow jazz chords and switching over to the maxed bridge pickup. Like a built-in Tube Screamer.
Plenty of changes at the ranch this month, but for the time being, I've got all I need in the living room: guitar, amps and my 1950s Nordmende hi-fi unit. Got a stack of 45s ready to play this evening.
The scene tonight. I should be doing work but I need to let off some steam.
I own a few amps but this AC4 is quickly becoming my favourite. I've been keeping the bass level cranked, otherwise its all treble. Nice to have an amp with separate gain and volume levels, unlike my Princeton Reverb. Nice low level crunch or full out AC30 top-boost.
