Glow
Does his screen turn entirely off, does it just dim down? Does he have a screensaver? Or does his face just show his eyes closed while he sleeps? Do his glowing parts (like gills) dim down, or stay glowing? Does he project his dreams on his screen? Are these things something he can control, or is it involuntary?
Sound
Is he quiet while he sleeps, or does he make noises? Biological, such as snoring and breathing, or mechanical, like fans whirring? Does he toss and turn, or does he stay still? Does this change depending on his mood or other factors?
Temperature + Fabrics
Does his body run hot, or cold? Is he finicky about the room temperature? Does he prefer a season over the others, or are they all the same to him? Does he have a preference on fabric types? Does he wear any pajamas? Will he steal the covers if he gets cold? Has he ever brought a plush to sleep with? Does he need to keep his gills uncovered? Is he gentle with his claws, or does he rip the covers (or your clothes) accidentally every now and then?
Touch
Is he quick to trust you to sleep together, or does it take time? Is he clingy? Does he prefer to cuddle, or keep his distance? Does he like to touch you, tracing shapes on your skin, petting your hair, or anything similar? Any ticklish spots? Does this change based on his mood?
