Thinking about how CRT TV's have vacuum tubes inside them, and that being a metaphor for Vox feeling empty/like something is missing.

(Also if you break them they can implode, which also feels like a metaphor)

Started watching videos of people smashing old TVs because of this and am now thinking about Vox having a destructive fit or even just a minor accident at the hotel and everyone being caught off guard when his head just fucking explodes.
