It's been exactly one year since the debut of my multi-channel animation takeover of four dozen of the electronic billboards in Times Square which took place for three minutes a night during the entire month of July 2016. The best places to see it are at 43rd St. in front of the recruitment center and on the steps between 46th and 47th. Another favorite view of my multi-channel animation #VoyageTSQ for Midnight Moment from the stairs between 46th and 47th streets. It's up all month displayed daily from 11:57pm till midnight so go and see it! Midnight Moment is the largest coordinated effort in history by the sign operators in Times Square to display synchronized, cutting-edge creative content on electronic billboards and newspaper kiosks throughout Times Square every night. The program premiered in May 2012 and is organized and supported by the Times Square Advertising Coalition in partnership with Times Square Arts, the public art program for the Times Square Alliance, with additional partners of participating sign holders and artists. Times Square Arts brings Beau Stanton’s multi-channel animation Voyage to Times Square’s electronic billboards from 11:57 p.m. to midnight every night in July. This project is a part of Midnight Moment, a monthly presentation by The Times Square Advertising Coalition (TSAC) and Times Square Arts.
