My opinions on- what?
I would say they are just that- theories. Manberg is in a time of transition, now, from the old regime- it's natural people might feel a bit of unrest, but rest assured Schlatt has everything under control.

the plane is barely big enough for two people to sit comfortably, and the airflow is nonexistent, but schlatt tucks a cigar between his teeth and flicks open a lighter anyway.
