It was 6:30PM, And you were currently in an arcade playing a first person zombie shooter game with hiro. You turn ur head to the right looking at Hiro, you crack a soft smile looking at him enjoying the game as you turn your head to the screen your character dies. “You suck!” Hiro says in a mocking tone laughing at you “Oh really, watch this?” You swipe your game card again reviving your character “That’s literally cheating!” “Is it really cheating though?” You say chuckling lightly and as soon as you know it Hiro’s character dies. A sad sigh escapes his mouth he turns his back to the game and leans on it crossing his arms in a way a child does when they get in trouble, “Are you really upset?” “No..” he laughs softly at you and turns his head in your direction, You can’t help but look at his tooth gap it’s caught your attention heavily. “well.. it’s already past 6, Should we head out before it gets late?” You say looking at Hiro to see what his answer is “Yeahh, I’ll just text my aunt Cass and tell her that i’m on my way”. You stick your hand out for Hiro to hold onto as he grabs your hand and intertwines your fingers you can’t help but smile and blush, You and Hiro have held hands before many times and hugged also you’ve had sleepovers but never actually kissed yet. You wonder if it’ll ever happen, would you have to make the first move? or would it be him?

Walking home from the arcade it started to rain and as you two didn’t know what the weather was gonna be like later in the day you didn’t bring a umbrella so now you two are currently walking home in the rain drenched in rain water. “would you want my sweater?” Hiro asks in attempts to lighten up the situation “why would i need your sweater if it’s already wet and i’m already soaked?” “oh right.. didn’t think of that” you laugh “A for Effort? i guess” “yeah just forget i said anything, it was stupid” Hiro whispers pulling on the strings of his hood and turning his head downwards. You turn your head to the right and look at him “you know i was just kidding right? I didn’t really mean to say anything wrong” you look at him with worry in your eyes “i know, it’s just embarrassing”. You guys continue walking until you finally reach the bus stop, Standing underneath the bus stop shelter you look at him “You know Hiro.. when i say something’s to you if you don’t like it you could tell me. It doesn’t matter if i’m joking or not” you cup his hands in yours and look up at him “We’ve been going out for a while and i really care about you .. like a lot..” a soft pinkish tint appears on Hiro’s cheeks “.. yeah uhm i know, It’s just i can’t really like explain my feelings and stuff out loud so i just stay quiet” you place your right hand on his cheek “don’t stay quiet with me .. i want to know how your feeling all the time..” A smile slowly grows on your face, the pinkish tint that was on Hiro’s cheeks slowly grow into a being red one. You tuck your hair behind your ear and look away seeing what time the bus will come so you two aren’t standing out in the rain, “hey paypay..” you slightly turn your head in Hiro’s direction “yeah?” he walks up to you and slowly leans in and then backs out “i’m sorry, i don’t know what i was doing!” he panics and pleads for forgiveness, you can’t help but look at him and laugh “what are you saying sorry for? we’re you gonna kiss me?” there’s silence in the air for a few seconds.. “maybe..?” he says in the unsure tone. You walk up to him and lean in and give him a soft peck on the lips “well i did it first” Hiro’s face instantly turns red “oh come on that wasn’t even a real kiss, i mean i’d understand that reaction if i did this” you lean in once more and connect your lips with his softly kissing him and feeling his embrace, you then place your hands on his cheeks. After a few more seconds you two part away “that was uhm .. really good like really good” Hiro says scratching the back of his head “Yeah well you aren’t getting anymore than that” you say in a mocking tone “that’s so not skibidi” Hiro laughs at his own joke while you look at him dumbfounded trying to see what’s the appeal with this skibidi nonsense.. “Finally the bus is here now get on !”
