Yall know the @vtrapkitchen is open right? We worked a split shift just so we could go some place, sit down, and relax and eat #unapologeticallyvegan food. We were not disappointed. The food was great. The service , atmosphere, service was on point. We ordered the tacos, walnut meat was super beefy like, the pico took it to the next level. They were clean, we liked them. They were so filling I was able to make it into a taco salad at the end. Nana got the burger. That thing was like a real burger. Impossible no doubt but the red cabbage really was a pleasant surprise. Meme got the quesadillas, and the mac. No complaints. While waiting for the food we had the green tea, a pomegranate juice and a just water. We really liked the juice and were able to take home what we could not finish. The ladies also got a yogurt and some vegan cheddar puffs to hold them over until the food was served. I loved how the waitress was like , you are going to totally love these tacos!” We loved her positive energy. At the end I was sitting there waiting for my check and then remembered... oh, did a self serve square checkout, thats was too cool. Anyway, y’all should definitely support. We need more truly vegan, and clean food options. We appreciate that VTrap is a working family business. Like my mother, the owner still works a full time job. Blood, sweat and tears are going into their businesses. The owners have 4 beautiful children to raise and like the owner shared, “I want to see my children sometime”, I totally relate. We know that type of love translates into the food and that we have nothing but respect for.
