Vu Legacy: Warner in College

Warner joins the Art Society at Britchester!

At the end of the meeting, he sees a familiar face.

Fikir, the girl he found cute at high school graduation, went to Britchester and was a member of the Art Society. 

She majored in Economics, despite being a creative herself, for more secure career prospects.

The two find themselves chatting for hours in the student union building.

‘What are the chances I see her again... especially on Love day,’ Warner thinks to himself.

When Fikir gets up to leave, Warner’s words spill out of him.

Warner: “So you got a date to go home to?” *laughs* *stops in horror*

Fikir: … *smiles awkwardly* 

Warner: “I-I meant since it was Love day... and all...” Warner trails off socially awkwardly.

Fikir: “Haha. No, I live at home with my family.” *smiles with a wink*

Warner: “Oh! That’s good to hear... I mean that’s cool. I do too... live with my parents.” 

Fikir: *giggles* “That’s a cool coincidence we met again, too. See you around!”

Even despite his social awkwardness, that went pretty well!

His heart feeling light, Warner struts home.

Vu Legacy: Restaurant Dreams

Sage and Jett celebrate Love day at an old Copperdale restaurant Sage had his eye on for years.

The restaurant owners were going to sell and re-develop the land if they couldn’t find a buyer that could revitalize the restaurant.

The restaurant foreclosure on his mind, Sage starts (secretly???) selling baked goods at the back of TriftTea to afford a down payment on the place.

Approaching 60, he suddenly feels he’s running out of time to buy and run the restaurant he expected to start managing in his 40s.

Accepted into Britchester’s fine arts program, Warner decides to live at home.

While his dad sells his baked goods, Warner finishes his homework at ThriftTea.

Meanwhile, in the background Jett joins poetry night at ThriftTea.

Recently turning 60, he came to realization that he was content being a jack-of-all-trades: freelance programmer, knitter & Plopsy seller, amateur juice fizzer, former stay-at-home dad, and future restauranter.

Vu Legacy: College Grad

Microwave noodles on her laptop, Kaylee spams her college professors with emails the night before finals. 

All her professors email her back (at night???) to confirm she was a top student and expected to graduate on the dean’s list!

After finishing finals, Kaylee throws a keg party for her dorm... and even invites some of her old high school friends. 

Totally juiced, she asks her high school bff, Lacey, to do a keg stand with her... only to end up toppling to the ground.

Unbeknownst to Kaylee, her failed crush from high school, Amari, watches her from behind (???)

Amari had asked Kaylee to junior prom, as friends.

After Kaylee confessed romantic interest in him, he rejected her so they ended up going with other sims.

But now he can’t stop staring at her (???)

Kaylee finally graduates from Britchester with a distinguished drama degree and on the dean’s list!

Warner steps foot on the college campus he planned to attend at his sister’s graduation!

Socially awkward, he debates living on campus despite his dads’ and outgoing sister’s encouragement to step outside of his shell.

Reluctantly respecting his wishes, Kaylee influences her brother to at least join the Art Society on campus to network with fellow artists.

Vu Legacy: 3rd Gen Starts

Warner finally turns 18!

Winterfest recently happened, so his family was around to celebrate his birthday.

Aster and Kaori host New Year’s Eve for all their celebrity friends.

Afterwards, Kaori and Aster ask their respective best friends to be their maid of honor and best man at their upcoming wedding.

Warner graduates on the honor roll! 

He’s also confident he’ll get accepted into Britchester’s distinguished fine arts program. 

At graduation, Warner sees the first sim he finds extremely attractive. 

Her name is Fikir and she started attending Copperdale High her senior year.

Socially awkward, Warner never had many friends.

He surprised himself mustering the courage to take a celebratory picture with a sim he just met.

Vu Legacy: Kaylee in College

TW: Stalking, harassment

Despite being very outgoing, Kaylee neglected making new friends in favor of getting her assignments done on time.

Eager to finally make friends a the college bar happy hour, Kaylee meets the first sim she was very romantically attracted to...

He approaches her... then blows an airhorn in her face.

Incredulous, Kaylee glares this guy down as he bursts into laughter at his prank.

What the heck is this guy’s problem, she thinks to herself. 

Pulling an all-nighter at the bar to finish her homework, Kaylee is shocked to see that weird guy approach her again. 

He seems friendly and slightly apologetic.

As Kaylee gets up to leave the bar, the creep intercepts her, does the “slap-them-silly” interaction, and airhorns her again.

Kaylee has never been more stunned in her whole life. 

Later in her dorm room, she vaguely remembers yelling at him and storming out of the bar.

The next day, that a-hole kept appearing everywhere she went. 

Waiting outside her lecture hall, in her dorm lobby, at her dorm cafeteria as she did homework with her new friend... 

And that’s when it occurred to her that he lived in her dorm building. 

While trying to manage her high maintenance trait, Kaylee did yoga in her dorm room.

Anger masking her nerves, she considers confiding in her friends about what she should do about that creep.

Vu Legacy: Winterfest

Sage and Jett host winterfest!

Sage proudly smiles as his family enjoys his cooking. 

I’m finally ready to buy a restaurant, he thinks to himself.

Swamped with homework, Kaylee pulled an all-nighter at her dads’ house so she could be with her family winterfest day.

Unfortunately, she had an 8am class and had to reluctantly walk away as Sage, Jett, and Warner opened presents.

Vu Legacy: Graduation

Kaylee finally graduates from high school!

Jett is so proud of her, he doesn’t even wait until the ceremony ends to hug his daughter.

Meanwhile, Warner waits in the background board af.

Following Jett’s lead, Sage squeezes past seated graduates and parents to hug and take a picture with his daughter too.

Warner photo-bombs them, absolutely done and ready to go home already.

Finally beginning the next school year, Kaylee snaps a pic in her new university dorm!

She tried really hard to major in communications at Britchester, but didn’t get accepted to their distinguished degree program. 

Luckily, she got accepted into her 2nd choice major, Drama, at a distinguished level.

Now a senior, Kaylee finishes her final cheer competition. 

From the corner of her eye she sees Amari had already changed out of his uniform.

Kaylee: “Hey, Amari!”

Amari: “Oh, Kaylee. How’ve you been?”

Kaylee pauses in embarrassment. 

Kaylee: “Um... I feel like... I need to apologize to you. It’s been a year and...”

Amari stares at her with confusion.

Kaylee: “I’m sorry for turning you down last year. When you asked me to prom as friends. I... was... *blush* I was embarrassed you rejected me... to be... more than friends. Anyways, I’m sorry.”

Amari: *grins* That’s alright. Thanks for telling me how you felt. You’re alright with me, Kaylee. *winks*

Feeling a laugh well up inside her, Kaylee can’t contain herself. 

Kaylee feels her heart pound as she takes a final picture with Amari.

Now on better terms, the two go their separate ways.

As Kaylee’s shoes hit the football turf, she starts letting go of her feelings for Amari.
