GottHokbiel , God of Wounds

A quick sketch of GottHokbiel, the God of Wounds, of their making and their mending, Grandmother God to the Boremauch (now Vulgoth).

Originally a Champion Giant of healing, Hok was stolen by the God known as Bielen to heal their warriors after an exhausting battle with fellow gods. Eventually the two fell in love, Hok consuming Bielen in godly matrimony, reborn into GottHokbiel.

With such extraordinary power of wounding and mending, GottHokbiel would cleave divine wombs into her four daughters with her Hemomauchs so they may flow with GodsBlood and married them to Muvalkah whales so as to ever birth an army of divine warriors: The Boremauch.

Such labor would sacrifice much of her power, leaving her nigh but primal iron bone and sinew. Despite this vulnerability to potential predatory gods, Helkrie was a dangerous and mobile fortress island of crimson nature, and her demigod grandchildren were to dangerous and valuable in trade with other warring gods for them to risk her ire.

At the end of the Deiomachy era, GottHokbiel would disappear completely, leaving her daughter Matriarchs and their spawn to fend for themselves. The onslaught of a blood plague would devastate Helkrie, resulting in the perishing of Three daughters and the escape of one. GodsBlood would evaporate and dry as it's sources were gone, leaving the infertile Boremauch to rust and mortalize. Eventually a cultural schism would result in an exodus of these once proud god warriors and be met by mortal peoples who would name them "Vulgoth".

GottHokbiel still holds deep reverence among the Vulgoth, giving praise to their beloved grandmother. Some still search for her in hopes of regaining the GodsBlood and the ability to reproduce.

Some head doodles of the rusting iron beast folk known as the Vulgoth. Despite how mean they look and warlike history, many Vulgoth are quite kind people, humbled by long lives of understanding their recent mortality.

In modern times their source of reproduction has disappeared along with their grandmother god, thus these rusting immortals seek new purpose amongst the mortal races. They make great nannies"

The Vulgoths main work and military force, Pummelers are versatile and brutal. They are on par with Manava in capability and intelligence, though they are a half a foot taller and can physically overpower a Manava with little struggle. Unlike the other Vulgoth breeds, Pummelers, and their Woundier siblings, rely more heavly on weapons and armor than what their body provides. The pools of Gods blood provided by their Matriarchs can grow armor and tools when cultured by Chunks. They have even modified Manavan firearms and vehicles with the organic material to run on blood, a heart like growth pumping upon activation of these tools. Pummelers have sub cultures and tribes, building up their own ideals on how to serve Gotthakbiel's blood lust. Older individuals sport spiny beards and grander horn like protrusions above the ears. These spine beards act as tribe leaders due to their experience, strength, and generally larger vocabulary of jokes.

Butchers are offspring of the Butcher father's seed implanted into the Matriarch. The Butchers are the most humanoid of Vulgoth, and resemble the very first of their kind. They usually earn leadership roles through comedy and impressive violence. Asunderer: This breed is the beserker, easily enraged and use the most basic of strategies. They chatter like baboons, gnashing teeth and bellowing as if to laugh. They prefer arm mounted blades and clubs and axes as their weaponry, they enjoy slashing and tearing apart foes with tooth and blade. Pummeler: The grunt and worker of the breeds, they are very common. Pummelers like using modified Manavan fire arms and vehicles, though they are the primary beast tamers. They usually have more personal reasos for their violence than appeasing Gotthakbiel, some even limit their actions as to savour violence for those deserving it. Woundier (Wound-deer): The breed reseved for speacial operations, Woundier are the closest to resembeling the first Vulgoth. Much of their culture is derived from ancient codes, thus they prefer using blood bows and traditional blades and tactics. They trap foes and kill silently, mainly prefering distance and subtly till extravagants is appropriate. Goreger: The most bestial and large breed, Goregers are like hippos mixed with gorillas. They are simple minded and require guidance often, but they are brutal in the battlefield. They smash with large arms and maces, and gore opponents with tusk and occasionally devour them whole. Their cycloptic eye gives them shockingly effective focus.
