During this season make sure to: 1) check how much water your drinking 2) how clean are you eating 3) how much are you working out/active (this also includes how much you’re working) 4) are you filling your spirit with things/people that feed you 5) watching the content you’re ingesting/ who are you following on Instagram (is it inspiring you? Do you feel better or worse when you leave their page?) If you’re still unsure, speak to someone. I thought it was important to share and I wish someone told me this stuff sooner.
