If Lando has his uni friends does Max have friends outside of the pack? Please say Rico
So actually this is smth Max struggles with!
He was never one to have tons of good friends, and when the friendship with Alex ended, he only really had Charles left. And making friends as an adult is hard!
There was talk about Rico in the server a while ago which I really loved; so basically Max sometimes goes and helps out at the humane society, taking care of the cats. And Rico works at the humane society, so they meet once a week, chat about the cats, and just become friends over time!
Then, there is Martin, who in this AU is Max’s childhood friend; they used to be best friends when Max’s parents were still together and lived where Sophie and Viktoria still live. When Max moves back in with them, he reconnects with Martin who still lives next door. They text a lot, but they don’t see each other often once Max has moved in with the pack.
Years later, Max and Alex do reconnect. Evie randomly is friends with Alex’s son, and so they connect via the kids. Eventually they meet up for lunch and just talk everything out. It’s fifteen years later now and they can both forgive with ease.
Other than that, I think Max gets along with some of their neighbors, or some of the other parents around, but isn’t really super close with anyone!
