and the thing is Victoria has money and connections and daddy greases palms so she never gets into any trouble and honestly he's rather proud she's running that whole bootlegged firewhiskey and candy business just like her old man a true Slytherin

John is usually the one who suggests "so what if we did this" because Victoria's very much isolated in pureblood ideas and culture but John's mother was a witch and his dad was just a normal businessman so he actually knows how muggles work, and between the two of them--money, power, and bad ideas--they are a hurricane. 

Nick honestly keeps a leash on their worst behavior; so does Melinda, (at least when it comes to Victoria.) But honestly, they're just a little over the top--otherwise, they're pretty much Slytherins to a T.
