how’d you make hair strands?

hi nonny! i use a soft photoshop brush + my tablet to make the hair strands for my edits! you could probably get away with it with a mouse if it’s on a small brush setting but i know creating the realistic effect that way with a tablet’s pen pressure, etc can be difficult. i might make a PSD file with some hair strands in the future for people who dont have a tablet to use if you guys think it’ll be useful??
