Writing Prompt: Take my hand
“Carmine. Baby, take my hand. We’ll walk a bit” Cardinal held her hands out, palm up but Carmine continued to stare on and clap away. Droll bubbled at the babies mouth as she laughed again and reached out her hand, her fingers briefly brushed the palm of her mothers hand before she pulled them back and clapped again. Cardi breathed out a laugh. “Well you touched my hand, so thats progress right?” Carmine looked up at her mother with those big blue eyes that Cardi loved oh-so much, and smiled big and bright, her two teeth never failing to make her smiles look even more adorable. And just like every other time, Cardi smiled right back.
