EAT WITH JAE S3 -- 001.

jaesun is honestly surprised they’re letting him host eat with jae for a third season. have people not grown bored of it yet? it seems that they haven’t yet ( thankfully ). he himself has mixed feelings about the show, if he had to be honest. he loves getting to chat with his guests and learn about them. he also does love to eat, but there is a part of him that worries that it’s too simple for a show. that doing this quarter after quarter isn’t really showing a new side of him, but the old side in repetition. but then he also has to remember that his show isn’t always about him. it’s to really bring light to his guest.
today’s guest is honestly someone he himself doesn’t even know well. of course, he’d seen her around the company and greeted her a few times, but to say that he knows more than that would be lying. briefly before the show, he had explained to her the general process. he’d introduce the show, turn it over to her, and then they’d get started on eating and he’ll ask her questions. she, of course, was also more than welcome to ask questions of him. at the end of the day, it should be a dialogue.
as the cameras start rolling, jaesun begins his introduction. “hello everyone and welcome to season three of eat with jae! has it really been three seasons already?” he asks, clapping his hands together. “well, i’m excited to be here with none other than li zimeng today. i’ll turn it over to her first to introduce herself.”
