GETTING STARTED / GET YOUR CHARACTER IN THE MOOD
I'm going to assume you already know how to write foreplay/ kissing, but just in case, go here to read a bit on how to get your characters hot and heavy.
Foreplay is important for anyone, or at least I think it is. It gets your character -- and you in the mood. You can't write smut without motivation... It just doesn't work.
HOW TO GET YOU IN THE MOOD
Yes, it's important for the writer to be in the mood. It help with descriptions. So, how do you get in the mood? Well, you can try listening to some smut playlists [x] [x] [x] [x] [x], music with heavy beats, or looking at -- yea, porn. Don't be scared to do it. We all do it. Most of us will admit it, too.
DOING THE DEED
Giving a blowjob might now sound like a hard thing to write, but trust me, not everyone is good at it. I've seen way too many paras/fics telling me that his "dick slid down my throat", without any reaction or emotion. That doesn't make it fun. It makes it seem like a poorly written guide by my FACS teacher.

WHAT YOU DON'T WANT:
"She leaned over him and licked his tip, sliding it between her mouth and down their throat."
TIP: Don't call the penis "his member". I s2g nobody likes that, and frankly it makes everyone uncomfy. Try erection, dick... cock? Dunno, anything but "his member"
WHAT YOU DO WANT:
"PersonA glanced up through her eyelashes at the man and licked their lips. Her heart beat loudly in her chest as she pressed her pink tip to his tip, flicking her wet tongue over the slit."
TIP: Take it slow! You wouldn't want to rush in real life, so why would you in your writing? That doesn't mean you have to make your replies long, though. Keep them detailed, Remember: quality over quantity.
GETTING BLO..W....N...
Uhm, okay. So I am -- unfortunately -- very penisless so I'm going to go off of what I have seen written. My friend AnnaMaria is really good at having a penis, so here is a great example of what you do want.
"Harry took shallow breaths, lightly thrusting into Kate’s mouth, not wanting to really hurt her. He swallowed, a lump in his throat as he ran his tongue over his teeth. Kate continued to bob her head, and moaned once or twice more, the only other thing audible were her quiet sucking sounds. Digging his nails into his leg, he breathed, “Kate,” twitching into her mouth. He still didn’t know if he should be doing this, but he couldn’t focus on that right now: she felt so good on him, and if she really regretted it in the morning, he’d apologize, and leave her alone if that’s what she wished. But now that all this was happening, he wasn’t sure if he could ever just leave her again. She wasn’t just another hook up, this was…Katie."
See, it contains the emotions of the character, and also description. Point for my slore.
Now, just saying, you don't want to thrust into someone's mouth because that's not really "sexy" and I don't think anyone wants a dick shoved down their throat.
