so i kinda procrastinated reading ur fics for the first time because i KNEW they would make me lose my fucking mind because your art is already insane so like. i had to be at home with spare time to fully process them. so i’m halfway through skin still and wow it changed my life i need to be shot and sedated and shot again and also bash my head against a wall and barf and do something violent. you just understand them like so very few people do it makes me want to crawl onto the walls and ceiling like fuck im shaking like a rabid dog i got real life goosebumps i am crazy in the head. the tension before the understanding is insane lance’s desperation is insane YOUR METAPHORS!!!! INSAAAAANE like it changed my brain in a molecular level i dont think i’ll ever be the same ever in the world. i can’t wait to finish this and then read all your other fics i’m like mentally preparing myself because it makes me physically ill. peak yearning peak desire peak obsession peak insanity

Coming at you live with another Blue Ork.

This guy is, I think, from the early 2000s? If someone knows better on that mark, please set me straight. My dad pulled this one from his collection of older sculpts he never got around to painting. Anyways, he was super fun to paint. Big detail points, not too many fiddly bits, 9/10 would paint again. Old Orks rock.

I had a devil of a time figuring out what color I wanted to paint his headdress, and I might go back and touch up his headdress a bit, dull it down or add some orange-y detailing on the wing membranes.

Working on some savage orks next, and lightly considering snagging some AoS Ironjawz or 40k Orkz to blue up. We'll see. :)
