1. not many people know but he used to wear his hair quite longer before he joined the PPDC.
2. He is the nice guy from next door. But you should not underestimate him just because he is a nice guy. If he trusts you , he would give his life for you. If someone is going against his close ones, friends or whoever has is loyal trust, he will beat the sh*t out of you.
3. His drift-partner Ryker Grant, who's at the same time his best friend, knows a lot about him or you can say nearly everything. Except for one thing. That Wade is gay. No one knows besides his few 'lovers' he had secretly. Even if Ryker can see Wades memories through the drift, Wade learned how to block those. He does not want anyone to see...not even Ryker. (in addition Wade goes out with women just for the purpose that no one gets suspicious . He did not come out yet...)
