Sorry, I missed that answer. :x Then Jael, why don't tell us more about you? I'm not talking about your obvious... assets. We can always keep that for a more private place.
[It’s alright! Don’t be sorry ♥]
Jael leans back in the chair he’s sitting in, his finger tracing his lip as he thinks for a moment. “Well, I don’t know, there’s not much to say about me. I’ve been working as a Bounty Hunter for the last 4 years, but it’s not exactly your usual type of bounties that I hunt.” He says as he leans forward and rests his arms on his knees. “The people I hunt aren’t exactly people. Well... Maybe they were at one time, but... I dunno. They’re probably still people, to be honest. Not all of them are bad, I suppose. I’m starting to slowly learn that... Anyway, I hunt supernatural beings. Like the ones whom I’m living with.” He looks around, feeling a bit anxious. He told Malik about his job, but not the rest of them and he’d rather not offend them if they happen to overhear him. As such, he leans in closer and lowers his voice a bit.
“Between me and you, I thought I was doing something good with my life, you know? I was getting weird creatures off the streets, but that ain’t all it is. Some of them bounties I brought in... they didn’t feel right.” He fidgets his hands in his lap and bites his lip before continuing. “I don’t think they’re all bad, I think some of them... didn’t deserve it. I’ve done some bad things, I think. But I don’t want to be that guy anymore, you know? I’m trying... “ He pauses as a more determined look crosses his face. “I’m tryin to be a better person and that person who hunted them... that’s not me anymore. I’m trying to distance myself from it. That’s who I am.”
