Really bad pic of a good, not great dining experience. Under seasoned meat (big no-no at a meat-centric restaurant). Meat not like ‘buttah’. Dessert fantastic. Sorrel sorbet fantastic. Duck confit potatoes fantastic. Beans fantastic. 30-day aged bone-in rib eye: meh. Good, not great.
