A student in Virginia, Pinky woke one morning knowning she needed to be in Massachusetts. When her boyfriend picked her up for school, she insisted they miss their turn and told him instead to keep driving and she’d know where they needed to stop. They ended up in Walcott and now they’re searching for a group of kids not much older than themselves who Pinky believes are in serious danger. She doesn’t know exactly who they are or where to find them, but Pinky will know them when she sees them. A psychic born into a family of misfits, Pinky has always been an outcast but, perhaps, in Walcott she’ll finally find her true calling. And maybe she’ll even have the opportunity to save the lives of a few unsuspecting witches-in-training.

A photographer by day, witch hunter by night. While Andie isn’t a member of the Turner Witch Hunters, she does show up with them. Coming into town just when the chaos is starting, Andie is able to maintain the façade that she is meant to be in Walcott when, actually, that isn’t the case at in. On the contrary, Andie has slipped into town on a mission. She’s come for Jane Turner, who she believes to be a witch disguised as a hunter. She plans to use her cover for as long as it lasts to gain intel about Jane and, eventually, expose her. However, what Andie doesn’t know is that Jane has a twin brother and he’s possibly even more lethal than his sister. And when she meets Jane’s other half, it might just change Andie’s mission completely.

When the Cooper father died and his position opened up, the council believed the family's garage was no place for a woman. Because of their dismay that the Coopers had produced no sons to continue the legacy, they had voted to give the garage to another family-- one with sons --but Mary, who had never believed in male and female roles, took over her father's garage before the council could finish deciding her future for her. She'd worked with her father in that garage since the day she could hold a wrench. She knew his trade backwards and forwards and if anyone was going to run the garage, it was going to be her. And when this was questioned and it was demanded Mary vacate the position, she gave up her position on the council and she has hated the group ever since. She would probably leave Walcott if she wasn't trying to prove such a point and if she didn't value her sisters above all else. As it is, Mary sticks around if only to fight for the council to be disbanded. As for the witches, Mary doesn't believe in their existence. She believes it's another one of the council's tricks to show their control and she isn't afraid to make her sentiments on this matter well known.

An out of town detective who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, Blair is one of the only people to ever just visit Walcott. A lead on two serial killers who have been working their way across the country, lead him to the small town. It was only after he showed up and started his investigation that the murders started happening. And now the townspeople are wondering if Blair just might be involved. After all, he did show up and one of their own happened to be murdered. And what do they really know about him after all? At this point, even if Blair wanted to leave Walcott, he probably couldn't. He doesn't believe in the witches or that they're in Walcott. In fact, he's starting to think that their whole existence is just a way to keep him in town. Or worse: save the two souls he's coming looking for. But whatever the case, Blair is a part of Walcott now. And even though he's only been staying at the small inn for a short time, it seems he's already made his home here: whether he wants to stay or not.

Matt Reese can't remember his parents and with good reason. The pair died in a car accident just after his younger sister was born. Thus the two Reese siblings were left to the care of an aunt until they were old enough to care for themselves and she, terrified of the town, left. The siblings, only 13 months apart, grew up close. They were best friends and practically inseparable. They took care of each other and were the only family the ever needed-- especially since neither one truly got along with their aunt. When Matt, the oldest, was finally of age, the pair took on their birth right: the bar their parents had owned. Together, the siblings own the bar and run it. They are prominent members of the town and the council. Despite the town's intended witch hunt, neither of the Reese siblings believe in the possibility of witches. The pair think the intended hunt is a whole lot of nonsense.

Little is known about Tori's heritage, especially to Tori. She was sixteen, working as a stripper when Ryan picked her out of the club and told her he could change her life. That night, as he paid to sleep with her but ended up buying her a .22 and telling her a story she'd never forget, he said that witches were out there. And they weren't to be trusted. And Tori believed him. The next morning, she was on the road with their group, learning to shoot, hunt and hate witches. She's been with the group ever since, learning as Ryan's protégé both in the hunt and in arms. She has longed to visit Walcott since she first learned about it if for nothing more than to see Turner Arms. If Tori had grown up in Walcott, her biggest ambition would've been to run the store. Though if Tori had grown up in Walcott, her whole life would've been different. As it is, she jumped at the chance to visit Walcott and help exorcise the witches. She's been fighting for a chance to prove herself as a true member of the group and this seems like it might be the perfect opportunity. If for no other reason than that finding the witches in Ryan's hometown might mean that the student has finally surpassed the teacher.

Not a lot is known about Daniel Tyler or his sister Pauline or even their ancestors. But they have lived on the outskirts of Walcott for as long as anyone can remember. Most reason that it was because they wanted to live near the sea since Daniel spends his life on it and Pauline tends her garden next to it. The pair live in a small house attached to an out of use lighthouse. It's said that the lighthouse was once used in Walcott but when that was, no one can remember. Perhaps this mystery is tied to the mysterious Tyler ancestors. Which Walcott has started to question now that there's a witch hunt going on. Although Daniel in very invested in Walcott, he refused to join the council when he came of age. He refuses to give a reason for this action as much as many have tried to get him to join, Daniel still says that he will never, ever be a council member. And he absolutely doesn't believe in witches. He's been known to snap at any spouting the local legends and snap the toy broomsticks of tiny witches on Halloween. But it gets the job done. Most don't approach Daniel about sensitive topics, perhaps out of sheer terror. Or maybe the harpoon attached to his fishing boat.

Unlike her sister, Maddie has always believed in the existence of witches. She has often tried to hunt them down and smoke them out hoping, not to exorcise them from Walcott, but to join them. Maddie has been fascinated with the supernatural since she was younger. It was what lead her to a friendship with Julia and Jake. Therefore, when they said they were starting a coven, Maddie immediately wanted in. She goes to college with them, soaking up all the history she can especially that involving Salem. She's determined to discover what happened to the witches of Salem and if they ended up in Walcott after all. And she knows that the townspeople know more than they are saying. That's why she ended up taking a job with Will Black. He needed an extra hand around the office with all the new business-- especially someone to take notes. And Maddie was more than qualified for the job. It's even working to her advantage. In Black's office, she can hear all the secrets of the town and pass them back to her Coven. And just maybe, one of these days she'll hear a secret that will lead her straight to a witch's front door. And then maybe their Coven can find its magic after all.
