NOTE TO SELF: A good first experience at Waldo's. Jalapeno ranch dressing gave this a nice kick, the chicken was tender, the ingredients were fresh, and that cornbread was money in the bank. They're walking a tightrope by including lots of skin/fat. In a few years, when they're trying to squeeze more profit, I fear the meaty chicken pieces will give way to more and more fatty pieces. But for now, a solid option at a place that can also give my kids decent macaroni and cheese/chicken strips.
