Yesterday was a great day in both the weather and being active! I started the day by taking a yoga class to destress and stretch before heading downtown to do the heart mini walk. The walk was great and the weather was just fantastic for it! It took about an hour to walk the 5K but as you can see, I started in the pictures posted, I was pretty far back/walking at the crowd’s pace. When my friend and I crossed the finished line we were treated with medals and some freebies! With this recent weather, I am getting stir crazy for another walk. What walks do you participate in?
