This mornings 4-5 mile walk was over at 3 miles … the humidity level was so horrible. I was soaked like I was in a steam room. I was afraid of not making it back without depleting every mineral in my body. It was a beautiful walk and I probably lost more weight than expected but it was a huge surprise to be that sweaty that fast. What’s the lifeguard stand have to do with anything…?
