Anyone else feel like the past week was an entire year? I am trying to flip my perspective and do the best I can each day and each hour to best serve you all AND my business and myself. A huge part of my business, is managing stress and stress reduction. If I am coming at you from a stressed out headspace, I am not serving you the way you need to be served. So while a part of my really wants to use this time to do all the things on my “if I had more time…” to do list, I also recognize that I NEED to take some time to #walkmytalk and rest. As a small business Owner, I still have to make a living BUT I cannot do it at the expense of my mental and physical health. Honestly at this point, a lot of this is out of my control so I have to let go a bit. I am taking this time as a sign from the universe to slow down a bit, take care of myself, my family and really dive deep into what it is I want to create in this world. I am sure that will continue to evolve over the coming weeks but I am excited (and scared out of my mind) about what is to come next. With that said, I finally had a couple of seconds to get my head straight today and start planning. Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, March 16th, I will be hosting a live 30 minute class a day. Here is the schedule: Tuesday, March 17th: 5pm: LOWER BODY STRENGTH Wednesday, March 18th: 10am: Hip opening Yoga Flow Thursday, March 19th: 6pm: UPPER BODY STRENGTH Friday, March 10th: 12pm: Power Yoga Flow *All of the above will be hosted on Facebook Live & Instagram Live. All videos will be saved so you can watch again & all are free to attend.
