It has been a while since I did anything on this blog and I apologize for the idleness. I have been quite busy with school work and I recently finished my finals. I just wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas Eve and I hope y’all spend time with family and friends, do something impactful this Christmas and have a safe holiday today.

have y’all seen the trailer yet?! I can’t wait from how season 4 is gonna go. from the trailer, this is where Jesus is going feel the time ticking on him with John the Baptizer’s looming death, his looming death and from one scene, there is a shot of Judas accepting some coins so there is that.

it is safe to say that we’re gonna be in for a crazy (and awesome ride btw) with season 4 🥰

thanks, anon, for the ask and here are my answers.

2. Which character do you relate to most? aside from Jesus (of course), I’d say Big James as he is also my favourite disciple in the show. one part in particular that I related to the most is in S3 E4 where he has this little crisis of what I thought was impostor syndrome.

he had just gotten back from the Two By Two mission and had this conflict, feeling like a fraud after preaching and healing. these are feelings that I have struggled with myself, not just as a Christian but also, overall. so, yeah, I did relate to that.

6. Most underrated character (in your opinion): that would be Thaddeus. I feel like not a lot of spotlight has been shone on him but I have hopes that S4 would give him an arc of his own and also shed more light on his background.

10. Line from the show that you quote the most? ah, where do I start? my favourite line is the “ahh, there’s that word, “soon.” it’s the most imprecise thing in the world.” being a huge procrastinator, I often quote this to my parents and my sisters 😭😂

at first, I was no exactly thrilled with the ship tease considering the fact that these are real people who existed but after rewatching both seasons 2 and 3 (especially S2 E6 & 7 and S3 E1 & 7), these two have grown on me ngl and their interactions are heartwarming.

idk what direction Dallas is planning to take with these two: whether it would be reciprocated or one-sided and I have no issue either way. I just love their interaction.
