when was the first time mara saw a girl and was like "wow"

the first time she saw a woman and went   “ wow ”   was when she was about 12 - ish and first getting introduced to the imperial court ; she met a female officer and was .  enamored .   just a little baby gay crush that she interpreted as   “ i want this woman to be my mom ”

the first time she saw a girl and was like   “ wow ”   and was actually cognizant of the fact that it was in a Gay Way was around 15 or 16 , while she was on one of her first solo missions .   she was undercover and met a girl on accident , and it just clicked , like  “ oh !   girls !! ”

She pauses in her movements pulling shrapnel from her arm at the unexpected voice joining her, looking over at Anakin. Removing shrapnel shouldn’t be something that any Jedi is good at; Jedi shouldn’t be soldiers on battlefields all day. ( And yet here they are. Doing just that. And here she is, also fairly good at it, and both too stubborn and too busy to go to a med bay about it. ) 

Then she nods, only a little grudgingly, holding her arm obligingly out towards him. “ Just don’t pull an Obi-Wan and start saying I should go find a real healer and get bacta or anything. It’s not that bad. ”

18. what’s your opinion on legends/expanded universe?

its faults & the occasional really bad choices made in it are easy to ignore , and since everyone else does it too , no one comes and yells at you about it like people do when you ignore shit from nucanon :)   also in general , aside from like …   a handful of characters from nucanon , i just prefer the old eu

25. which character do you have a love/hate relationship with?

if i just say thrawn & not give an explanation will y’all accept it
