“What happened? He asked in panic as he watched your father hold you tightly. He reached his hand up to run his fingers down your hair, the way he usually comforted you when you were upset, only to find his hand goes straight through you.
“ What?” His voice cracked as he dropped his hand in shock. His fingers began to tremble as he listen to your heartbreaking sobs, trying again and again to reach you with no success.
“Y/n I’m here! Babe, I’m right here!” Wally screamed as he watch the love of his life be slowly escorted away, your shoulders, raking with sobs with every step.
“ I just wanna wake up.” You cried as your dad set you inside the cars soft interior. Your tears stained the fabric of the seats as your dad started the car.
The memorial was no better as Wally’s capitalize took in every detail of your figure. It had only been four days and already your eyes look sunken in and blackened, most likely from the other production of tears. In the last few days. you hadn’t slept the entire time as you found comfort in your family’s warm embrace
“ he really loved you,you know?” His mom whispered quietly as she put a reassuring hand on your shoulder before passing you a candle for the vigil. You swallowed a slight bitterness as you regarded his mother, you knew she only wanted what was best for him. And that no one could hate her more than she hated her self.
“He told me the night after he met you, he came home and said “ mom, I just met my future wife.”” The woman said with a tearful smile.
Wally once again, tried to touch you as if the last thousand attempts hadn’t already failed. It killed him that you were so hurt, and that there was nothing he could do about it.
“She can’t see you.” Rhonda qyipped behind him his head snapped to turn and face, the girl who stood behind Mr. Martin
“Rhonda let’s just give him some space, this is a very hard time for everyone.”

You thought about the future You planned. the fact that no matter where you were, he wanted to be at his side. He would apply to any college. He would move to any city.wherever you were he wanted to be. And you felt the same, the two of you searching endlessly for the right college for the both of you you ignored all the advice, supposedly well intended I told you that picking a College together was foolish..
But that future was gone. And now all you had left was the memories.
